Frontend Engineer (TypeScript · Next.js)
Build the interfaces people actually touch — dashboards, portals, and public surfaces — fast, accessible, and on a real design system.
What you'll do
- Build product UI in TypeScript with React / Next.js.
- Hold the line on accessibility and performance (Core Web Vitals).
- Work from a design system; keep it coherent as it grows.
- Integrate cleanly with backend APIs and handle real-world states.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production React/TypeScript, including Next.js.
- Strong CSS and a genuine feel for accessible, responsive UI.
- Care for detail — the difference between "works" and "right".
Nice to have
- Data visualisation
- Design sensibility (Figma)
- Fintech or dashboards-heavy products
What success looks like in 90 days
- Owned and shipped a significant surface.
- Improved a measurable UX or performance metric.
- Raised the bar on the design system.
