1. Acceptance

By accessing or using kerdosanalytics.ng (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern the Site only; our products and services are provided under their own separate agreements.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Kerdos Analytics Limited, the technology arm of the Cedar Group, Lagos, Nigeria. Contact: hello@kerdosanalytics.ng.

3. Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes — for example, to learn about us, make an enquiry, or apply to a role or cohort.

You must use the Site in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, brand, marks, graphics and code — are owned by or licensed to Kerdos Analytics and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except as permitted by law.

5. Your submissions

When you submit information (for example an enquiry or a CV), you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us the right to use that information to respond to you and to operate the relevant process (for example, recruitment). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Interactive tools

Tools on the Site — including the careers screening — produce indicative, informational output only. They do not constitute a hiring decision, an offer, financial, legal, or professional advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. We may change or withdraw any tool at any time.

The Site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerdos Analytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under your local law.

11. Changes, severability, contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
