A nation-builder mandate

Training Nigerians to build the software a nation runs on.

The country has decided to grow its technical talent at scale, and to judge that effort by outcomes — people who ship real work and reach real employment. That is the standard our model was built for.

Positioned to deliver — applied learning · on-the-job · placement

The federal 3MTT programme (3 Million Technical Talent), run by the Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy with NITDA, onboards organisations as Applied Learning Clusters, Training Providers and Placement Organisations through its Partner Network.

It has explicitly shifted its measure of success from enrolment counts to demonstrable impact — fellows who ship real work and reach real employment.

Our model is built for exactly that standard: people transition into builders on real production systems, with mentored on-the-job delivery and a route to placement.

Why our model fits

Real systems. Mentored apprenticeship. Demonstrable placement.

What we bring as a training partner
  • An applied learning environment built on real production codebases, not exercises
  • Founder-led, principal-engineer mentorship at a working software company
  • On-the-job delivery from early in the programme — the strongest are placed or hired
  • A multidisciplinary intake: designers, editors, marketers, PMs, analysts and beginners
  • Impact measured and reported through our own systems, cohort by cohort
How Nexus pursues funding

Grant Scout finds the opportunity and drafts the proposal.

A dedicated Nexus agent continuously scans federal, state and development-partner programmes for training and placement funding. When one fits, it scores eligibility against our profile and assembles a proposal grounded in real evidence — our model, our delivery record, and live impact data from the community.

    From signal to submission
  • Discover → eligibility score → undeniable proposal → MD approval → submit
  • Every claim is backed by our own measured outcomes — nothing invented

HONEST NOTE  We describe ourselves as positioned to deliver as a training and placement partner. We do not claim accreditations we have not yet earned. Where a partnership exists, we will name it plainly; until then, this page states intent and readiness — nothing more.
