Community & Impact
A community that compounds — and proves it.
Cohorts learn together, build in the open, and stay connected after they convert. The same activity that keeps the community alive is the activity we measure — so impact is evidence, not assertion.

▹ Figures populate from the Nexus impact feed as cohorts run. We report outcomes, not enrolment — the standard national programmes now reward. Until the first cohort completes, the framework shows the measures, not invented results.
Build in the open
Cohort projects, demo days and a shared space (on our own Kerdos OS comms) where fellows ship, review and help each other.
Mentor chains
Each cohort mentors the next within 12–18 months. The community becomes self-sustaining, and so does the talent pipeline.
Measured outcomes
Completion, projects shipped, conversions, placements and reach feed the Nexus impact feed — and any funding proposal we make.
