Kerdos OS
One sign-in. One source of truth. The platform our companies run on.
Kerdos OS is the private operating platform every Kerdos and Cedar Group company runs on — identity, work, knowledge and communication behind a single sign-in, owned end to end rather than rented from a dozen vendors.
We built it for ourselves first. It is stable, self-hosted and multi-tenant by design — which is exactly what would make it productisable, if and when we choose.
What it does
One identity
People sign in once; access follows them — and ends cleanly the day they leave.
One source of truth
Work, code, docs and conversation live together, not scattered across disconnected apps.
Sovereign by default
Self-hosted and owned, so the data and the uptime are ours to stand behind.
Controls & governance
Controls are designed in, not bolted on.
- Maker-checker on sensitive changes; segregation of duties by role.
- One identity, least-privilege access, and clean offboarding the day someone leaves.
- Everything auditable — who did what, and when.
The principles behind it
- Built to outlive the people who started it — documented, durable, institutional.
- Multi-tenant from the first line, so a new company is configuration, not a rebuild.
- Owned, not rented — control over cost, data and reliability.
Trust & compliance
- Security and access are designed in, not bolted on.
- It runs real operations today — this is not a concept.
This is our internal infrastructure and among our most sensitive IP. What we share publicly is intentionally limited; under NDA we can go further with serious partners.
Kerdos Institute trains builders on this operating standard.
Our cohorts do not learn on toy exercises. They train through the live Institute and are exposed to the discipline behind platforms like Kerdos OS: written design, review, controls, and production-minded delivery.
