The Kerdos Institute

We don't just hire builders. We make them.

The Institute is now live as the training surface for Kerdos cohorts, public learners, and staff teams. This page explains the why. The live Institute is where the learning routes, cohort training, mentor review, and evidence-backed certificates live.

LIVE PORTAL

Kerdos Institute is live at institute.kerdosanalytics.ng

The main Kerdos site stays focused on the company and the product portfolio. Cohort training happens through the Institute portal, tied to the real systems we build and operate.

Qualified participants receive a learning stipend. The strongest performers transition into permanent, full-time roles at Kerdos Analytics. The work is real from early in the programme — you’ll be paired with a mentor and a working principal engineer.

How the programme works

  1. Apply and get assessed

Submit your work and CV. Our AI-assisted Gateway reviews aptitude and genuine curiosity — not which school you went to or whether you have a degree.

  2. Train on real production systems

A structured programme on Go and TypeScript with AI integration — delivered through the live Kerdos Institute and taught on the actual codebases we ship. No toy exercises.

  3. Deliver real work early

Before long, you're contributing to live enterprise platforms, paired with a mentor. You learn what it actually means to build software that carries weight.

  4. Transition into a full-time role

Strong performers convert into permanent positions. In time, they mentor the next cohort. The talent compounds — and so does the team.

Questions people ask

Who is the Kerdos Institute for?

People with an existing craft — designers, video editors, digital marketers, project managers, data analysts — and capable beginners who are ready to commit to learning. We select for aptitude and genuine curiosity, not pedigree or paper qualifications.

Is the training paid?

Qualified participants receive a learning stipend during the programme. Strong performers transition into permanent, full-time roles at Kerdos Analytics.

Is it remote?

Yes — the Institute is fully virtual, with structured mentoring and real production work. You can participate from anywhere in Nigeria.

What do participants actually build?

Real enterprise platforms — not toy exercises. You work paired with a mentor and a working principal engineer, on a modern Go and TypeScript stack with AI integration, contributing to systems we actually ship.

How long does the programme take?

The timeline depends on the cohort structure and your track. What we can say is that the work is real from early in the programme, and strong performers convert to full-time roles as soon as they're ready.
